Navigate-Her™ is the sole creation and exclusive intellectual property of Miss Marie Mills, operated under CO-101 Ltd trading as Navigate-Her™.

This brand, system, architecture, curriculum, design, digital infrastructure and all associated materials were created independently by Miss Marie Mills with no contribution — creative, strategic, financial, operational, or otherwise whatsoever from or by ProspHER CIC, ProspHER Education Ltd, ProspHER Ltd, or ProspHER Technology Ltd, or any of their directors, associates, partners, or affiliates or entities or persons.

Navigate-Her™ is not a joint venture, shared enterprise, partnership, or co-created initiative.
It remains a 100% CO-101 Ltd brand with full IP ownership retained by Miss Marie Mills.

Director Alignment Notice

As of 20 November 2025, the following appointments have been registered (TBC):

• Miss Marie Mills appointed as Director of ProspHER CIC. https://prospher.co.uk/

• Serena Fordham appointed as Director of CO-101 CIC. - https://www.co-101.org/

​

These appointments serve governance alignment only and do not create shared ownership, shared projects, or shared intellectual property between any of the organisations.

The structural relationship is confirmed as:

• CO-101 Ltd — independent commercial entity

• ProspHER Technology Ltd — independent commercial entity

• CO-101 CIC — independent CIC

• ProspHER CIC — independent CIC

All operate autonomously with no shared assets, no shared equity, no shared programs, and no mutual IP rights unless explicitly documented and filed separately.

Collaboration Boundary Notice

Any interaction between CO-101 Ltd, CO-101 CIC, ProspHER Technology Ltd and ProspHER CIC is strictly context-based, voluntary, and non-binding, with no automatic rights, claims, access, ownership, or usage permitted by default.

No individual or organisation may assume, imply, or assert any contribution, authorship, ownership, partnership or creative involvement in Navigate-Her™ or any associated frameworks unless expressly authorised in writing by Miss Marie Mills.

IP & Protection Notice

All intellectual property belonging to Miss Marie Mills remains fully protected under MS&M-INT / CO-101 Ltd.
Unauthorised use, implication of contribution, misuse, or attempted appropriation of Navigate-Her™, its systems, or any architecture created by Miss Mills will result in immediate legal action under UK and international copyright law.

“P-Tech” is an abbreviation for ProspHER Tech and is used strictly as an internal brand codename.

It is not a trading style of “ProspHER Technology Ltd,” nor does it imply ownership, control, or participation in any external company.
All intellectual property, platforms, systems, and digital assets developed by Marie Mills remain under the exclusive ownership of CO-101 Ltd and CO-101 CIC.
Any reference to Marie’s role as CTO applies solely to the CIC and does not extend to, endorse, or represent any private limited entities.”
