Navigate-Her™ is not a joint venture, shared enterprise, partnership, or co-created initiative.
It remains a 100% CO-101 Ltd brand with full IP ownership retained by Miss Marie Mills.

No individual or organisation may assume, imply, or assert any contribution, authorship, ownership, partnership or creative involvement in Navigate-Her™ or any associated frameworks unless expressly authorised in writing by Miss Marie Mills.

All intellectual property, platforms, systems, and digital assets developed by Marie Mills remain under the exclusive ownership of CO-101 Ltd and CO-101 CIC.
Any reference to Marie’s role as CTO applies solely to the CIC and does not extend to, endorse, or represent any private limited entities.”

This governance role does not transfer, assign, or imply ownership of any intellectual property belonging to CO-101 Ltd.

All digital systems, frameworks, brands, platforms and innovations created by Marie Mills — including but not limited to NavigateHer™, the NavigateHer Solar System™, P-Tech™, the SatNav Suite™, the Deacon Framework™, and all related educational, behavioural or AI-enabled systems — are the sole intellectual property of CO-101 Ltd and are not part of ProspHER CIC nor ProspHER Technology Ltd.

Marie Mills’ role within ProspHER CIC is advisory and governance-based.
It does not involve the development, delivery, licensing or transfer of CO-101 Ltd’s intellectual property into the CIC or into ProspHER Technology Ltd.

CO-101 Ltd operates independently and may trade as “P-Tech” and “NavigateHer” for the purposes of digital innovation, SaaS delivery, behavioural navigation systems, and women’s empowerment technology.

No materials, systems, visuals, concepts, frameworks or platforms created by CO-101 Ltd may be assumed to be part of any ProspHER entity without explicit written agreement. None has been given.

⭐ INTRO PARAGRAPH — “WHAT LED TO THIS”
Recent misunderstandings around ownership, branding and structural alignment highlighted that NavigateHER, P-Tech, and the wider CO-101 ecosystem were not fully understood in scope or intent. To resolve this cleanly and prevent further confusion, I created a set of governance documents that clearly outline the architecture, IP boundaries, delivery model, team roles and partnership structure. These documents ensure that everyone is working from the same source of truth going forward.


⭐ SUMMARY PARAGRAPH — “WHAT THE FOUR DOCUMENTS ARE”
The four documents provide a complete overview of how NavigateHER and P-Tech sit within CO-101 and how they connect to Prospher through a clean, structured partnership model. Document 1 explains the NavigateHER ecosystem and licensing framework. Document 2 clarifies P-Tech’s ownership, my CTO role, and development rights. Document 3 defines the P-Tech Leadership Team and each member’s responsibilities. Document 4 outlines the SaaS ecosystem — Mars, Moon, HQ, P-Tech Press and the Universe — and how each part functions. Together, these documents provide full clarity, governance and alignment for all future collaboration.

URGENT SYSTEM UPDATE - 07/12/2025 - SO MORE TO FOLLOW AFTER TOMMOROWS TEAM MEETING,

Clarifying the NavigateHER IP & System (Root Cause of Earlier Confusion)
During the rapid build phase, there was a natural misunderstanding about the role and identity of NavigateHER within the wider ProspHER ecosystem. This misunderstanding created unnecessary tension, but it is now fully resolved.
1. NavigateHER is an AI Software System — not a movement or community.
NavigateHER was mistakenly interpreted as a “women’s movement,” “sisterhood brand,” or separate community platform.
In reality:
NavigateHER is an AI-powered SaaS system built by CO-101.com to support ProspHER.
It is the technology layer, not the public-facing identity.
2. ProspHER is the organisation and public brand.
NavigateHER is the engine.
ProspHER is the movement, community, training programme, and public-facing entity.
All external communications, social media, community activity, and organisational identity sit under ProspHER, not NavigateHER.
3. P-Tech Press and HQ sit firmly within the ProspHER space.
These were correctly built as:

  • P-Tech Press → ProspHER Technology

  • HQ → ProspHER operational sandbox (training, files, intern management, workspaces)

Both are powered by NavigateHER, but they belong to ProspHER.
4. The Moon site is the shared bridge — not a replacement.
The Moon platform was misinterpreted as overshadowing the Sun (the core).
Its true purpose:
Moon functions as the bridge between ProspHER and NavigateHER — an extension, not a hierarchy shift.
It does not replace or override the Sun.
5. The misunderstanding came from not seeing the system architecture.
With the speed of build and limited overlap in working hours, it wasn’t immediately clear that:

  • NavigateHER = the IP + AI system

  • ProspHER = the movement + organisation

  • P-Tech = ProspHER’s tech arm

  • HQ = ProspHER’s internal operations space

  • Moon = the interface between both worlds

Once this was seen, the confusion disappeared literally in seconds.
6. The team is now aligned.
Sandra recognised the gap immediately once she saw the full ecosystem and clarified that her absence during key build days contributed to the misunderstanding.
Serena and Maz were already aligned — the misunderstanding was structural, not relational or cultural.
