I am a transformation specialist, designing and operating live business prototypes that demonstrate how AI, compliance, and digital strategy can future-proof organisations. My specialist area is compliance and organisation — applying the discipline of law to create ethical, structured, and scalable systems.

Conglomerate 101 Ltd — Innovation in Commerce
CO-101 Ltd is my for-profit vehicle: a digital factory that engineers AI-powered e-commerce platforms for founders, artists, and businesses. Each build is a testbed for:

• Monetised platforms that turn ideas into income.

• AI automations that streamline operations.

• Scalable infrastructures designed for growth.
   

CO-101 CIC — Innovation in Community
CO-101 CIC is my non-profit counterpart: a social impact studio building ethical, accessible infrastructure for underrepresented entrepreneurs. It serves as a prototype for:

• Hybrid learning models and community platforms.

• Youth-focused initiatives like the Mini Mogul Series™.

• Governance frameworks that prioritise equity and impact.
   

A Living Dissertation
Both vehicles operate in tandem as part of my MSc in Artificial Intelligence for Business at the University of Law (2025–2027). They are not just companies — they are live applied research projects, proving how AI, law, and digital infrastructure can transform both commerce and community.
