What the CTO Just Shipped for Fest: From SaaS Infrastructure to Fest Flow

Over the past development cycle, ProspHER Tech has moved from concept into execution, delivering a working SaaS demonstration alongside a new event-focused application designed specifically for live environments, festivals, and high-energy gatherings.

The ProspHER Wish Board Demo marks a key milestone for the platform. Built as a human-centred AI tool, it demonstrates how technology can support clarity, emotional alignment, and intentional planning without relying on hustle culture or performative productivity. The Wish Board transforms reflective inputs into calm, meaningful visual outputs, showing how AI can be used responsibly to support leadership, wellbeing, and long-term vision. This demo is live, mobile-ready, and fully deployable, serving as a proof point for ProspHER’s wider SaaS direction.

Alongside this, a new application has been developed specifically for events and festivals: Fest Flow.

Fest Flow is an event companion app designed to support people before they step into loud, stimulating, and socially intense spaces. Rather than managing schedules or tracking behaviour, Fest Flow focuses on grounding and intention. Users answer a small number of reflective prompts before an event, and the system generates a personalised Event Intention Card. This card acts as a quiet anchor, helping attendees stay present, protect their energy, and leave the event feeling intact rather than depleted.

Technically, Fest Flow is intentionally lightweight. It is text-only, mobile-first, and fast, making it suitable for QR-code access at festivals, conferences, retreats, and community gatherings. It does not require user accounts or data storage and is designed to be used in the moment, then released. This makes it scalable, ethical, and appropriate for real-world environments where attention and energy are limited resources.

Together, the Wish Board Demo and Fest Flow represent two sides of the same SaaS vision. One supports long-term clarity and direction. The other supports presence and integration in real time. Both demonstrate how ProspHER Tech is building tools that respect human experience rather than extracting from it.

This work reflects a clear shift from ideation to delivery. The infrastructure is live. The applications are functional. The platform is now demonstrating how human-centred AI can operate responsibly across different moments in a user’s journey, from strategic visioning to embodied, real-world experience.
